What is the Full Personality and Behavioral Mode of Need Assessment?

All programs include a Full Personality and Behavioral Mode of Need Assessment ($150).

This comprehensive assessment helps us understand your personality traits, motivations, and needs. It provides valuable insights that inform our coaching approach and helps tailor the program to your requirements.

How do I get started?

The first step is to schedule an initial conversation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine the best coaching program for you.

What happens in the first coaching session?

The first session focuses on understanding your situation, setting goals, and outlining a personalized coaching plan. We’ll also review the results of your Personality and Motive Need Assessment.

What are the "coaching calls between scheduled meetings" mentioned in some programs?

These are brief check-in calls available in the In-Depth Progress and Long-Term Transformation programs. They provide additional support and guidance between your regular sessions.

How long does the coaching relationship typically last?

While our programs are recommended for 3 months, the duration can be adjusted based on your progress and needs. Some clients continue coaching beyond the initial period, while others find they’ve achieved their goals within the recommended timeframe.

What if I don't feel my coach is the right fit for me?
A strong client-coach relationship is crucial. If you don’t feel comfortable, please discuss this with us. We can explore the reasons and, if necessary, help you find a better fit within our practice or elsewhere.
Do you offer any guarantees?
While we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. Your progress largely depends on your engagement and application of the strategies we discuss.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask for 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Can I switch between programs if I feel I need more or less support?

Yes, we can adjust your program based on your evolving needs. We’ll regularly review your progress and can discuss changing programs if necessary.

Do you offer virtual coaching sessions?

Yes, we provide secure video coaching sessions for clients who prefer remote options or are unable to attend in-person meetings.

How do I know if I'm making progress?
We regularly review your goals and progress throughout the program. You’ll likely notice improvements in your decision-making abilities, emotional resilience, and overall coping skills as you advance through the sessions.
Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. Everything we discuss in our coaching sessions stays completely confidential – it’s your safe space to share, grow, and explore. All your work, including any assessments or exercises we do together, belongs entirely to you. The only way we’d ever share any information from our sessions is with your explicit permission.

Am I a licensed mental health professional?
While I’m passionate about supporting your growth and development, I’m not a licensed mental health professional, and our coaching sessions aren’t a substitute for therapy or counseling. My role is to provide educational coaching support for your personal and professional goals. If you’re experiencing challenges with depression, addiction, or other mental health concerns, I’ll encourage and support you in connecting with qualified mental health professionals who can provide the specialized care you deserve.
What are my coach's responsibilities and limitations?

While I’m here to support and guide you on your journey, the decisions you make are ultimately yours to own. Our coaching relationship is designed to help you explore options and grow, and it’s important to understand that coaching complements, rather than replaces, professional services like therapy, legal advice, or medical care. I’m here to cheer you on and help you develop, while respecting the boundaries of my role as your coach.
